Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional discovery workshops and conduct deep-dive stakeholder interviews.
• Synthesize user research into structured lifecycle and workflow models.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies to propose innovative operational solutions.
• Design operational workflows and UX/UI interfaces specifically within Figma Make.
• Ensure design outputs are structured for seamless ingestion into AI tools.
• Collaborate with AI and Integration Leads to validate technical feasibility of designs.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in UX/UI design for heavy-duty operational or enterprise workflows.
• Mastery of process mapping and journey mapping techniques.
• Proficiency with Figma Make and Miro.
• Strong systems awareness of CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments.
• Ability to identify AI-enabled workflow opportunities within data constraints.
• Must be authorized to work from the specified US states.
