Location: Must be based in Oslo, Norway (Hybrid: 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed margin and sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end commercial relationship with strategic retail partners.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail partners to generate incremental business.
  • Plan and execute omnichannel activities (online and in-store) to boost sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting aligned with individual account and company goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in opening and managing accounts across various product categories.
  • Fluent English and Norwegian.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple dynamic priorities in an entrepreneurial environment.
