What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to synthesize findings into workflow models.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies to propose innovative operational solutions.
• Design intuitive UX/UI interfaces and operational workflows specifically within Figma Make.
• Collaborate with AI and Integration Leads to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Translate qualitative insights into actionable requirements and structured flows.
• Advocate for usability and adoption within complex B2B environments.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in UX/UI design for enterprise-scale operational workflows.
• Mastery of process and journey mapping techniques.
• Proficiency with Figma Make and Miro.
• Strong systems awareness of CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments.
• Must reside and work from CA, WA, TX, OR, CO, PA, OH, or GA.
• Senior consultant profile with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
