What you will do

• Lead and grow an engineering team dedicated to delivering RISC-V software.
• Establish RISC-V as the industry standard across embedded, real-time, and server platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and open-source communities to define the RISC ecosystem.
• Guide the engineering team through the delivery of complex system software projects.
• Shape technical methodologies, tools, and cross-team processes.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading system software teams and scaling worldwide engineering organizations.
• Broad knowledge and professional network within open-source software communities.
• Familiarity with CPU architectures and systems design.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
