What you will do

  • Execute weekly and monthly sales forecasts in line with EMEA standards and timelines.
  • Build data-based forecasts and maintain a clear bridge to explain week-over-week changes.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and proactively flag risks and opportunities.
  • Manage joint business planning and operational execution with retailers and distributors.
  • Prepare core reporting, including POS trends and inventory ladders.
  • Leverage AI models and standard reports to support forecast visibility and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or business analytics within the consumer products industry.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (hybrid setup).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
