What you will do

• Analyse EPOS and sell-through performance to quantify the impact of retail initiatives on revenue and margin.
• Develop store tiering frameworks and analytical models to optimize footprint expansion, reduction, or exit.
• Build an integrated analytical framework for Displays and Field Excellence to connect investment with commercial performance.
• Create store-level decision frameworks and automate reporting using AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot.
• Manage and report on the Retail Excellence CAPEX budget, tracking ROI by display format and market.
• Analyse execution quality and compliance trends to inform field resource prioritisation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail analytics, commercial strategy, or investment analysis.
• Strong expertise in EPOS, store-level performance, and retail data modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills for building complex financial and performance models.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong financial literacy and capability in ROI modelling and CAPEX reporting.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
