What you will do

• Lead end-to-end trade workflows in Aladdin to ensure operational accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Provide subject matter expertise in OMS, pre-trade compliance, live blotters, and IBOR views.
• Establish controls and monitoring processes for cash, positions, allocations, and trade dependencies.
• Partner with Trading, Post-Trade Operations, and external counterparties to resolve complex settlement issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workflow efficiency, reporting, and operational governance.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in trade lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin Front Office functionality.
• Proven experience leading operational oversight or managing front-office support functions.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes, investment operations, and risk controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Valid US work authorization; no sponsorship provided.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
