What you will do

• Lead strategy and governance for regulatory and client audit programs.
• Establish standardized intake, documentation, and response processes for all audits.
• Evaluate contract and performance guarantee (PG) processes to identify and mitigate risk gaps.
• Develop governance practices for risk monitoring, escalation, and cross-functional communication.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to coordinate risk frameworks and responses.
• Manage audit and PG support staff and oversee risk-related reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in regulatory audits, compliance, or risk management within the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional audit programs or oversight functions.
• Strong writing, documentation, and narrative development skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
