What you will do

• Conduct business operations and financial budgeting analysis to support the CEO in formulating corporate strategy.
• Lead and manage the company's financing and investment-related activities.
• Oversee the implementation of internal management systems and ensure proper execution of company policies.
• Organize and chair company meetings, monitoring the execution of strategic plans and operational initiatives.
• Perform various high-impact duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

• Experience in a top-tier investment bank or leading consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Tier-1 IB).
• Strong understanding of financial and legal frameworks across the US and China.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to operate under pressure.
• Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, blockchain, or fintech industries.
• Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Operations leadership role.
• Exposure to startup or high-growth environments, ideally with scaling experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI agents or AI-powered tools to automate workflows and support decision-making.
