What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer yield engagement in Taiwan, providing day-to-day support.
• Collaborate with Yield DRI and factory teams in hirify.global FAB to align on root causes and recovery plans.
• Manage OSAT yield activities for hirify.global-owned engineering material, including monitoring and WIP management.
• Work with cross-functional teams (device, integration, lithography, etch, thin films) to maintain process stability.
• Identify process weaknesses and tool issues using big data and statistical analysis.
• Communicate yield status, risks, and recovery plans to technical teams and customer management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrical/Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related scientific field.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, foundry, or yield engineering roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

• Experience supporting advanced logic technologies in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience collaborating directly with customers and external OSAT partners.
• Ability to operate across global FABs and different time zones.
