Location: Hybrid, based in Taiwan with regular presence at OSAT facilities

What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support at OSAT partners to drive yield improvements and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Validate, deploy, and maintain test programs for wafer sort, package test, and SLT.
• Analyze large volumes of test data to perform statistical analysis and drive data-based decisions on test coverage and cost.
• Lead RMA and customer return investigations using 8D/CAPA methodologies to closure.
• Manage business continuity, including equipment failures, material shortages, and capacity constraints.
• Act as a bridge between HQ product/test engineering and OSAT operations to influence test strategy and design-for-test.

Requirements

• BS/MS in EE/ECE/CE with 5+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering.
• Hands-on ATE experience with Teradyne and/or Advantest platforms.
• Fluency in Mandarin and strong proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Taiwan with regular on-site presence at OSAT facilities.
• Strong debugging skills across hardware, software, and DUT interfaces.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced packaging.
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards (AEC-Q100/Q104).
