What you will do

• Create and implement customer support plans with cross-functional groups to reduce downtime and costs.
• Perform system installations, preventive maintenance, calibration, retrofits, training, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate service problems and take ownership until resolved.
• Provide technical expertise, hardware development consultation, and answers to customer inquiries.
• Support business trips as required by projects.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
• Good working attitude, willingness to work under pressure, and handle constant changes.
• Flexible to support business trips as project requirement.
• Experience in semi test area, testing, ATE, or handler/prober hardware docking integration is a plus.

Nice to have

• Fluent in English.
• ATE experience with on-site support at OSAT.
