What you will do

• Create and implement customer support plans to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
• Perform system installations, preventive maintenance, calibration, retrofits, training, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate service problems and take ownership until resolution.
• Provide technical expertise, value, and answers to customer inquiries on systems.
• Offer hardware development consultation; senior levels contribute to next-generation product development.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
• Good working attitude, willingness to work under pressure, and handle constant requirement changes.
• Flexible to support business trips as per project requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience working with customers in the semi test area.
• Testing or ATE experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in handler/prober hardware docking integration.
• ATE experience with on-site support at OSAT.
