TL;DR

Customer Success Manager, Scaled (SaaS): Driving customer success and revenue retention for a live streaming technology platform with an accent on tech-touch engagement strategies and account growth. Focus on mitigating churn, driving product adoption, and executing upselling activities across a large volume of accounts.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX only

Compensation: $60k base + $10k variable = $70k OTE

What you will do

  • Manage revenue retention and churn mitigation to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
  • Drive product adoption and deployment for thousands of organizations.
  • Execute upselling strategies to increase net expansion by selling additional products and features.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach through calls and emails to manage a large account portfolio.
  • Provide expert product training and assistance to ensure successful deployment.
  • Partner with the Technical Support Team to deliver timely and efficient customer responses.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Allen, TX for a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week).
  • At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of managing 1000+ accounts in prior roles.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience.
  • Proven track record with quota and target attainment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Not-for-Profit, Education, or Faith verticals.
  • Background in software industry.
