What you will do
- Define and scale channel processes, workflows, and execution models to support new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Operationalize partner programs including tiers, incentives, MDF, and deal registration.
- Own channel performance reporting, KPIs, and forecasting in partnership with Finance and RevOps.
- Lead system requirements and improvements for CRM, PRM, and CPQ tools.
- Act as a connective layer between Channel Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to reduce friction and revenue leakage.
- Influence senior leadership through clear, data-backed insights on territory planning and partner coverage.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Channel, Revenue, Sales, or Partner Operations within a SaaS/tech environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards and KPIs tied to revenue outcomes.
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and PRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership.
