TL;DR

Focus on designing revenue-focused channel programs, delivering data-driven forecasting, and scaling partner effectiveness.

Location: Remote (US Only). Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Define and scale channel processes, workflows, and execution models to support new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Operationalize partner programs including tiers, incentives, MDF, and deal registration.
  • Own channel performance reporting, KPIs, and forecasting in partnership with Finance and RevOps.
  • Lead system requirements and improvements for CRM, PRM, and CPQ tools.
  • Act as a connective layer between Channel Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to reduce friction and revenue leakage.
  • Influence senior leadership through clear, data-backed insights on territory planning and partner coverage.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Channel, Revenue, Sales, or Partner Operations within a SaaS/tech environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards and KPIs tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and PRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership.
