What you will do
- Own commercial success for key Benelux accounts, including Media Markt, Krefel, and Fnac/Vanden Borre.
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to exceed margin and profitability targets.
- Optimize product listings, content, and assortment to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate commercial activities, including Retail Media and in-store activations.
- Manage demand forecasting and promotional investments for assigned accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations with retail partners to secure long-term growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing major Benelux accounts with strong knowledge of the Belgium market.
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills combined with an analytical mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presenting performance insights.
- Location: Must be based in the Netherlands or Belgium.
