What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of hospitality customers to drive growth using Lightspeed Capital.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to identify financial service opportunities across the book of business.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize growth.
• Achieve sales targets by providing expert advice and service to each merchant.
• Coordinate with the Regional leader for Account Management to maximize territory opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, with a track record of high performance over several years.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Ability to communicate with poise and confidence when dealing with executives.
• Strong work ethic and a self-driven desire to succeed.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Ghent office.

Nice to have

• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and pipeline management technologies.
• Fluency in French.
