What you will do

• Manage a book of hospitality customers to support growth and operations via financial services.
• Utilize sales techniques to position and drive awareness of hirify.global Capital among merchants.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to identify financial service opportunities within the customer base.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize the growth of the assigned book of business.
• Achieve sales targets by coordinating with the Regional leader for Account Management.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, with a multi-year track record of high performance.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong advantage).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with executives.
• Self-driven work ethic and a commitment to a culture of positivity and high performance.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Ghent office.

Nice to have

• Experience within the hospitality industry.
• Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to use Salesforce.com and other pipeline management technologies.
• Background in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
