What you will do

• Own delivery of EUS, infrastructure, and platform services including compute, storage, network, and cloud.
• Ensure high availability and performance of enterprise platforms while managing SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes and drive AI-based service improvement.
• Oversee cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and business continuity strategies.
• Direct managed service providers, third-party vendors, and oversee infrastructure budgets.
• Lead and develop end-user services teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in EUS, IT infrastructure, and platform services.
• 2–5 years of experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Practical expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in Windows Server, M365, Intune, Jamf, and ITSM tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management.
• Must be based in London, Battersea

Nice to have

• ITIL and Cloud certifications.
• Experience in GDPR/SOX regulated or large enterprise environments.
• Experience with AIOps implementations.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
