What you will do

• Partner with the VP and Chief of Staff on structured problem-framing, data modeling, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and decision-support tools to enhance senior leadership operations.
• Implement LLMs and AI automation to accelerate internal analysis and cross-functional efficiency.
• Identify gaps in performance tracking and propose practical improvements with finance and operations teams.
• Collaborate across product, operations, finance, and marketing functions to surface cross-functional insights.
• Translate complex technical analysis into straightforward recommendations connected to business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Miami, Florida
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or consulting with a track record of delivery.
• Practical experience deploying or building solutions with LLMs and generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for direct data manipulation and scalable solutions.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against timelines with limited oversight.

Nice to have

• Background in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experience with advanced statistical methods, experimentation, or applied ML.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Prior experience supporting executive or senior leadership teams.
