What you will do
- Design and deploy applied AI solutions, including copilots and agent-based workflows, to enhance analytics and decision-support.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled automation and analytics.
- Develop analytics products, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility into financial performance and operational metrics.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability by aligning on governance standards and data definitions.
- Contribute to responsible AI adoption by creating documentation, SOPs, and guardrails for AI-enabled workflows.
- Participate in broader business operations and strategic analytics initiatives for platform enhancement.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or automation.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with applied AI concepts, including prompt engineering and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
