What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-powered features into production environments.
• Implement models for tasks including classification, prediction, NLP, and anomaly detection.
• Build and integrate GenAI solutions such as LLM-based workflows and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Translate business needs into actionable ML problem statements and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into APIs and user-facing applications.
• Optimize model serving for scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be located in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia).
• Strong foundation in machine learning, model selection, training, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, and prompt-driven systems.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices including testing and version control.

Nice to have

• Experience in innovation, R&D, or exploratory engineering teams.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices like CI/CD for ML and model monitoring.
• Background in deploying inference at scale on cloud platforms.
