What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers, acting as the strategic "COO" for the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize business strategies, team resources, and capacity planning.
• Direct the global project schedule and ensure cross-functional alignment to bring products to market on time.
• Lead special initiatives and drive continuous improvement in operational workflows.
• Identify and mitigate technical, supply chain, and commercialization risks to ensure timely market delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership with a focus on resolving organizational blockers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in program/project management or product development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the consumer goods industry.
• Highly effective communication skills for presenting to all levels of management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
