What you will do

• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain regular communication about project progress and risks.
• Lead resource planning and scope management for development teams within your program stream.
• Provide progress reporting and lead quarterly planning sessions.
• Facilitate decision making and escalate risks to delivery management.
• Improve company efficiency through autonomous work and ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in program or project management, including mobile project management and coordination with creative and technical teams.
• Strong skills in project control, change management, stakeholder management, and communication.
• Ability to conduct effective meetings, design business processes, resolve conflicts, negotiate, and make decisions.
