What you will do

• Oversee the receipt, tracking, and processing of all incoming referrals.
• Manage and coach Referral Specialists, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with Community Partnerships Managers to optimize external referral workflows.
• Track referral volumes and conversion rates to identify systemic bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain standardized SOPs for referral intake across programs.
• Supervise staff and oversee hiring and onboarding as the team scales.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in healthcare operations, referral management, or care coordination.
• 1-2+ years of management experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with Medi-Cal, ECM, CalAIM, or community-based programs strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
