What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end process of licensing applications for psychologists, social workers, counselors, physicians, and nurse practitioners.
• Coordinate initial credentialing and re-credentialing processes for licensed providers.
• Track and manage payer enrollments as the company expands into new states and adds new contracts.
• Maintain a comprehensive, accurate database of provider credentials and rosters.
• Research and interpret state and federal regulations governing mental health services licensure.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, legal, HR, and finance teams to align licensing activities with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Must be based in the USA (required for US health insurance, 401k, and state regulatory compliance).
• Experience with clinician licensing and payer enrollment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and task management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a healthcare startup.
• Experience with NCQA-compliant credentialing or using a CVO/credentialing platform.
