Salary: $55,000–$58,000

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end process of licensing applications for psychologists, social workers, counselors, physicians, and nurse practitioners.
- Coordinate initial credentialing and re-credentialing processes for licensed providers.
- Track and manage payer enrollments as the company expands into new states and adds new contracts.
- Maintain a comprehensive, accurate database of provider credentials and rosters.
- Research and interpret state and federal regulations governing mental health services licensure.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, legal, HR, and finance teams to align licensing activities with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Must be based in the USA (required for US health insurance, 401k, and state regulatory compliance).
- Experience with clinician licensing and payer enrollment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and task management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a healthcare startup.
- Experience with NCQA-compliant credentialing or using a CVO/credentialing platform.
