What you will do

• Provide daily oversight, workload coordination, and mentorship to Licensing Specialists.
• Process and manage multi-state provider license applications and verifications for various clinician types.
• Conduct weekly quality assurance audits to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Credentialing, Compliance, and HR teams to implement process improvements.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex state regulatory questions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of provider licensing experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or telehealth.
• Knowledge of multi-state licensing requirements and DEA/CSR/CDS regulations.
• Experience with licensing platforms like Verifiable or Medallion.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify/Form I-9).
• Proven ability to review work for quality and compliance.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with psychiatric or behavioral health provider licensing.
• Familiarity with NCQA or URAC regulatory standards.
