What you will do

• Oversee daily site operations, office maintenance, and security protocols in Barcelona while coordinating service standards for US locations.
• Develop and manage office budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Workplace Experience Specialists and administrative staff across multiple locations.
• Manage relationships with vendors, including selection and contract negotiations to ensure operational excellence.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to improve environmental performance and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including TechOps, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to support business continuity.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• At least three years of experience in a leadership capacity within workplace experience or facilities management.
• Proven track record of managing large, premium office spaces.
• Strong operational expertise and ability to build business cases for senior leadership.
• Must be able to work from the Barcelona office 3 days a week.
• Proficiency in facility maintenance procedures and regulatory health & safety requirements.
