What you will do

• Lead the execution of robust qualitative and quantitative research plans to identify consumer needs and whitespace opportunities.
• Develop and utilize research tools including surveys, discussion guides, and stimuli.
• Translate complex consumer feedback into clear recommendations for product roadmaps and positioning strategies.
• Identify emerging consumer behaviors and latent needs through primary and secondary research.
• Partner with Product Development, Marketing, and Design teams on insight activation and go-to-market development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, or a quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Experience moderating focus groups and conducting one-on-one interviews.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in presenting complex findings in an actionable manner.
