Salary: $78,800 - $161,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the global growth of the Frozen Treats portfolio through breakthrough innovation and roadmap development.
• Develop category positioning, portfolio architecture, pricing strategies, and product-level concepts.
• Partner with Consumer Insights to create consumer-first messaging and assets across global markets.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Sales to execute worldwide go-to-market plans.
• Manage creative development processes and develop tools to support the sales process.
• Oversee and mentor Associate Brand Managers and Brand Managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Marketing experience, specifically in product marketing, messaging, and innovation.
• 3-5 years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Proven track record of leveraging consumer insights to launch new products.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Needham, MA 3 times per week.
