What you will do

• Support Preconstruction Project Managers in aggregating documentation for project reporting and scheduling.
• Assist in the full lifecycle of RFP bid responses from release through award.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes using platforms like SharePoint and ProCore.
• Track Preconstruction team deliverables and create status reports.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between multi-disciplinary project stakeholders.
• Participate in site visits and quarterly team meetings as required.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Construction Project Managers with project execution and documentation.
• Knowledge of solar industry development and utility-scale construction methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Quickbase, Box, Trello, and MS Teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
