What you will do

• Conduct site visits with potential customers to gather data and produce full estimates, including drawings and scope.
• Develop project schedules, plans, and drawings to ensure field crews are ready for approved jobs.
• Collaborate daily with the Excavation Department Head to support sales and operational efficiency.
• Manage communication and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and potential clients.
• Navigate municipal permitting processes, including town permits, DEP, and PBR.

Requirements

• 10 years of project management experience for an excavation or landscaping company.
• 5 years of experience in estimating a range of excavation projects.
• Proficiency with technology, specifically Builder Trend, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work on-site in Kennebunkport, Maine.
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
