What you will do

• Lead multiple projects from concept through mass production, driving the project's strategic direction and timing.
• Manage and develop a team of Technical Project Managers, supporting their professional growth and career progression.
• Coordinate communication between global engineering teams based in the US, UK, and China.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, and Quality teams to align on product requirements and communicate changes to engineering.
• Present project risks, status updates, and key decision points to Needham-based executive leadership.
• Manage department budgets and report financial risks and overspends to the Finance department.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in project management or an engineering role.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects through the entire product lifecycle.
• Significant experience managing budgets and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in or be able to work at the Needham, MA global headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience in plastics or consumer household appliances.
