What you will do

• Lead the production of monthly management accounts and provide clear variance explanations to stakeholders.
• Own the Gross Margin P&L, performing in-depth margin analysis to highlight risks and trends.
• Take full responsibility for Balance Sheet postings and reconciliations, ensuring robust risk assessment.
• Partner with Sales, FP&A, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior accountants to promote a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Identify reporting inefficiencies and lead automation initiatives within ERP systems.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant or finalist in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting, ideally with B2B or e-commerce exposure.
• Strong knowledge of gross margin accounting and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of IFRS15 and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) is preferred.
• Must be able to work from the Leeds office 3 days per week.
