What you will do

• Manage a high-performing team to ship features quickly and iterate based on learning.
• Establish KPIs that balance growth, reliability, and patient impact.
• Operate as both a strategist and a builder, shaping high-level vision while diving into tactical details.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience with a record of launching and scaling complex platforms.
• 3+ years of experience operating in the healthcare industry.
• Strong UX instincts and a deep understanding of building intuitive, user-friendly products.
• Operational fluency in scaling product processes and improving team effectiveness.
• Ability to thrive in high-autonomy environments with ambiguous problems.
