Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000

What you will do

• Define and evolve the hirify.global visual language across all brand and marketing channels to ensure cohesion and originality.
• Lead the creative vision and concepting for product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Direct the creative strategy for digital touchpoints, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
• Set the creative direction for retail and e-commerce experiences, including marketplaces like Amazon and in-store materials.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to align creative output with business goals.
• Manage and provide guidance to external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure creative integrity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative roles (in-house or agency).
• Proven experience leading creative direction for multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Fluency in modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality visual storytelling.
• Ability to balance high-level creative leadership with hands-on design execution.
