Salary: USD 90,000 to USD 120,000

What you will do

• Drive alignment and execution across engineering, design, QA, and external partners to deliver platform milestones.
• Lead the planning and tracking of OS releases, including major quarterly releases and updates.
• Facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming, define milestones, and set clear agendas for weekly leadership review meetings.
• Maintain execution momentum by keeping deliverables on track, upholding sprint cadences, and ensuring team accountability to commitments.
• Act as a communications hub by aggregating issues and feedback and ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned and informed.
• Maintain project tools (Jira, Notion), keep sprint boards updated, and ensure feature specs and processes are documented.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software project management in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver frequent, high-quality software releases on schedule.
• Proven skill coordinating across remote teams and managing asynchronous workflows.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with standards for planning and rigorously enforced accountability.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Notion, etc.) and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• US-based (remote work OK) with flexibility for occasional travel to meet the team in person.

• Familiarity with embedded operating systems is a plus.
