What you will do

  • Lead and implement CX technology solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud and Zoom CCaaS to enable scalable service operations.
  • Develop and maintain IVR logic, workflow automation, and omnichannel service workflows across voice, messaging, and chat.
  • Design and build API-based integrations using synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven patterns between CRM and enterprise platforms.
  • Implement AI-driven capabilities, including conversational chatbots, virtual agents, sentiment analysis, and intelligent routing.
  • Manage platform administration and governance, ensuring SOX-compliant permissions and security controls.
  • Optimize consumer journey data flows to ensure interaction data is structured and usable for AI and analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CX systems development, CRM platform engineering, or CX platform administration.
  • Hands-on experience configuring enterprise CCaaS platforms such as Zoom CCaaS, Genesys, or Amazon Connect.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, specifically flows, workflow automation, case management, and data modeling.
  • Proven experience designing integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience incorporating AI automation or conversational platforms into CX workflows.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Needham, MA, United States.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, or Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience integrating knowledge management systems and multi-source content repositories.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
