What you will do
- Own and maintain segment financial and unit economic models to drive forecasting and business tracking.
- Produce clear performance narratives with actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Define and measure key business performance metrics through scorecards and diagnostic analyses.
- Develop investment-grade business cases, including scenario analysis, payback periods, and risk assessments.
- Partner with GMs and leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to operationalize insights into dashboards and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or a related field.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguous business challenges.
- Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a bias for action from analysis to execution.
- Must be based in Toronto, ON or Ottawa, ON.
