Location: Must be based in Ljubljana, Slovenia (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Evolve the global measurement framework to connect top-of-funnel activity with revenue and customer value.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting systems and dashboards using Looker Studio Pro.
  • Manage data pipelines via BigQuery and various integration partners to ensure data integrity.
  • Standardize KPI definitions and attribution models across marketing and product teams.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to increase team efficiency and reporting speed.
  • Partner with BI and RevOps teams to bridge the gap between marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools, specifically Looker, and advanced SQL proficiency.
  • Fluent English is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience with tech stacks including Salesforce, Hubspot, and work management tools.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, attribution modeling, and ROI measurement.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment and handle cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience in ad tech, media, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of setting up KPIs and driving data-driven culture in large organizations.
