What you will do

• Originate and close high-impact partnerships for hirify.global Commerce Media across Germany, DACH, and Benelux.
• Build and manage a pipeline of commerce and retail platforms to scale their ads businesses using AI solutions.
• Lead complex deal cycles, including partnership structuring and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Legal to ensure successful partner outcomes.
• Develop strategic relationships with media agencies, consultancy firms, and technology partners.
• Represent hirify.global as an evangelist for Commerce Media at industry events and executive forums.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within AdTech, retail media, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Deep understanding of performance advertising, retail media economics, and ML-driven business outcomes.
• Strong network within commerce, retail, or marketplace companies, specifically ads and monetization teams.
• Experience navigating complex organizations and engaging with C-level executives.
