What you will do

• Own UX strategy for a major product area and lead the design of complex features and workflows.
• Establish design quality standards and drive the adoption of the design system within your product area.
• Provide design direction and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers.
• Facilitate design critiques and collaborative sessions to ensure alignment with product goals.
• Partner with product managers and engineering leads to iterate on and implement interaction solutions.
• Present design recommendations to senior stakeholders and validate solutions with end users.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of design experience with proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow solutions.
• Experience mentoring other designers.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to prototype interactive concepts and accelerate user validation.
• Deep understanding of user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
