Salary: £130,000 – £140,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Build, lead, and recruit a diverse team of IT professionals with an emphasis on solution architecture, DevOps, and product management.
• Act as a trusted tech partner for digital and technology consulting, technology selection, and delivery of change projects.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Program Management to ensure projects align with business objectives and are delivered on time and budget.
• Manage project financials, resource capacity, and financial planning with delegated authority.
• Handle pro-active vendor management, external resource planning, and the resolution of escalated items.
• Ensure IT and operational risks relating to compliance, audit, and data protection are managed according to regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and inspiring technical teams to deliver IT initiatives.
• Deep IT applications development experience within the data management and data analytics domain.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into practical technical solutions.
• Executive presence and experience collaborating with senior business owners.
• Experience owning partner and vendor relationships within a global, complex organization.
• Must be based in London.
