What you will do

• Develop and optimize strategies for monitoring and preventing fraud across the network, aligning with risk management goals.
• Leverage advanced data analytics to identify loss drivers and derive actionable insights.
• Report on fraud trends and loss drivers to senior management and cross-functional partners.
• Respond rapidly to fraud rings and resolve escalations raised by other teams.
• Collaborate with the operations team to limit losses and optimize review volumes.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with team planning and goal setting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Fraud Management or a related field with a strong emphasis on analytics.
• Extensive experience writing and analyzing complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of payment processing fundamentals and industry risk trends.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Ability to work later starts several days a week to ensure overlap with US-based colleagues.
