Sales Trainer (Fintech)

Location: Remote within Italy, but requires frequent travel across the assigned territory (Sicilia). The company also maintains an office-first culture (4+ days per week) based in Milan.

What you will do

• Support a team of Payment Consultants (PC) in the implementation of the sales strategy.
• Manage and coach the sales team within the assigned territory.
• Report directly to the CEO to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Travel frequently throughout the assigned region to provide on-the-ground support and training.

Requirements

• Availability for frequent travel across the assigned territory (Sicilia).
• Experience in sales training or sales management within a competitive market.
