What you will do

• Lead a development team to ensure successful delivery of key projects and high-quality software.
• Define and enforce technical and architectural guidelines, including secure coding standards (OWASP).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Quality Engineers to define intricate design specifications.
• Perform hands-on coding, conduct code reviews, and handle production debugging.
• Manage sprint planning, refinement, and product demonstrations.
• Design and architect innovative software applications to address complex business requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team/Tech Lead delivering projects to production.
• Proficiency in Node.js, NPM, RDBMS, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Containers, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Knowledge of AI, LLM basics, Prompting, and Agentic systems.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Front End SPA development (React, Angular).
• Knowledge of .NET, SignalR, or Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC frameworks.
• Proficiency in French.
