What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize API services with a keen focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understanding requirements and ensuring that the backend solutions integrate seamlessly with other components.
• Uphold a high standard of code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve backend issues, aiming for minimal downtime and optimum performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin. Experience with Java is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices in backend development.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Agentic Coding best practices, including leveraging AI agents to deliver end-to-end features
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, specifically JavaScript, TypeScript, or React.
• Background of building IAM solutions.
