Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 + Commission + Equity

What you will do
- Lead the institution activation process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to platform usage.
- Serve as a strategic partner to bank and credit union clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Oversee joint marketing activations and coordinate between internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and suggest ways to increase platform utilization and drive adoption.
- Identify and communicate upsell opportunities to support client growth goals.
- Gather critical client feedback to influence and drive future platform improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or revenue-generating roles.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, banking markets, and technology.
- Excellent communication skills for high-level client-facing interactions.
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings with key partners.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and complex work streams simultaneously.
- Professionalism and comfort with data-driven marketing practices.
