What you will do

• Monitor and support company production systems to ensure efficient performance and high availability.
• Identify root causes of production issues and coordinate with operations and engineering teams for resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical protocols and procedures for system alerts and malfunctions.
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging tools to track and analyze system performance.
• Provide prompt status updates and verify service availability.

Requirements

• Ability to work in 24x7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in Israel without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft servers (MCP level) and SQL.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Proficient English, both verbal and written.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Previous experience with professional monitoring and logging tools.
