What you will do
- Act as the primary technical advisor for troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer issues.
- Manage support cases in the ticketing system while adhering to defined SLAs.
- Support and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure including Active Directory, VMware, and SCCM.
- Maintain physical resources and technical server room operations.
- Ensure security compliance across devices using tools like Symantec Antivirus and Cisco NAC.
- Manage mobile devices and assist with meeting room technology setups.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or appropriate military service background.
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and endpoint management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software environments.
- Proactive service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Capability to support users and systems across different locations.
- Knowledge of standard IT protocols and tools like DNS, DHCP, and Exchange Server.
